Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 2 T. olive oil 2 T. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T. panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat.
- Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes; stirring halfway through.
