Ingredients
Makes 4 servings

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 2 T. olive oil 2 T. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes; stirring halfway through.
