Dr. Shaminder Gupta is the Associate Chief Medical Officer of Monogram Health. He served as the immediate Past President of the National Kidney Foundation of Louisiana and the lead for its Home Dialysis Task Force. He practices in Houma, Louisiana and serves an indigent population of which 40 percent of his patients utilize home dialysis.
