May means warm weather and the start of BBQ season! This month’s recipe is a classic crowd pleaser and easily scalable, making it perfect for your first outdoor gathering: Deviled Eggs.

Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise pepper to taste dash of paprika
Instructions
- Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolk.
- Mash yolk with fork and mix with onions, vinegar, dry mustard, mayonnaise and pepper to taste.
- Refill eggs heaping slightly.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
