Dr. Taber-Hight chose nephrology for the complexity of the specialty and for her passion for improving the lives of kidney patients. Dr. Taber-Hight is a second generation nephrologist and has been engrained in the culture of helping those in need. She feels privileged to work at IU and have access to all that this academic institution has to offer for her and her patients. When not at work, Dr. Taber-Hight enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, traveling, coaching, and trying new recipes.

Dr. Taber-Hight attended medical school at Touro University Nevada in Henderson, NV. She completed her residency at St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis and follow by her nephrology fellowship at Indiana University. She is board certified in internal medicine.
