She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in counseling psychology from The University of Texas at Austin with clinical training in health psychology at VA (Veteran Affairs) Medical Centers in Memphis\, TN\, and Houston\, TX. Her clinical focus is on helping adults with chronic medical conditions achieve optimal psychological wellness and better quality of life. She is also passionate about increasing mental health literacy and reducing mental health stigma among people of color.

Ms. Daley leads a team of social workers aimed at improving experience of care for individuals with renal failure. Additionally\, she fosters collaborations with dialysis providers\, state health departments\, transportation agencies\, office of emergency management\, and healthcare coalitions to develop and implement emergency preparedness plans that support access to care for dialysis patients. \nJulia Dettmann\, BSW is the ESRD Network Program Emergency Lead and Patient Services Coordinator. Ms. Dettmann works with a team of social workers to process grievances\, ensure access to care and coach facilities on working through behavioral challenges. Ms. Dettmann has a background in working with individuals with mental health and substance use. \nMichelle Prager\, MSW\, LSW currently the project lead quality improvement lead for home modalities in the IPRO ESRD Network Program. Ms. Prager has ten years of dialysis experience with four of those years in Social Work and six as a Facility Administrator. \nNealand Lewis\, PMP\, PhD\, PSAE\, MPM\, M.A.Ed.\, MBA\, CICA experienced kidney failure in 2010 and has been both a home hemodialysis and in-center patient. Mr. Lewis is a member of the IPRO ESRD Network of the South Atlantic Medical Review Board\, Patient Facility Representative Alliance\, and ESRD National Coordinating Center Affinity Group serving as a subject matter expert and quality improvement champion. Former Director of Psychological Services at Apollo Healthcare\, she has worked extensively with patients on chronic dialysis and with organ transplant recipients. She also works with parents of medically ill children. \nDr. O’Reilly-Landry has expertise in medically-induced psychological trauma as well as the psychological and interpersonal aspects of modern medicine. She also works with parents of medically ill children. She received her psychology training at Harvard College\, New York University and Harvard Medical School\, with Psychoanalytic training at NYU Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis\, of which she is President of the Board of the Graduate Psychoanalytic Society. She is on the clinical faculty in the Columbia University Psychiatry Department. She co-chairs (with Dr. Eric Sherman) the Psychoanalysis and Healthcare Committee\, (Div. Psychoanalysis\, American Psychological Association).
